OC Bahamas provides specialized oncology and hematology services rooted in clinical expertise, evidence-based care, and individualized patient treatment planning.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of medical services, all consultations, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical services are non-refundable once rendered.
Fees reflect the professional time, expertise, and clinical judgment involved in patient care and are not dependent on treatment outcomes.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Initial and follow-up consultations
- Diagnostic reviews (lab results, imaging interpretation)
- Treatment planning and case evaluations
- Infusion services and administered therapies
- Care coordination and multidisciplinary case reviews
- Missed appointments or late cancellations
3. Prepaid Appointments
Appointments paid in advance but not yet attended may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative or processing fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations.

5. Insurance & Billing
Patients remain responsible for any fees not covered by insurance providers. Refunds related to insurance payments are subject to insurer processing and final reconciliation.
6. Clinical Outcomes
Oncology and hematology care involves complex and individualized treatment. Outcomes vary significantly based on patient condition and response.
No guarantees are made, and refunds are not issued based on clinical outcomes.
7. Billing Errors
Verified billing errors or duplicate payments will be corrected promptly upon notification and review.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued to the original method of payment where possible.
9. Agreement
By receiving services at OC Bahamas, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
